We strive to get orders out as quickly as possible however, some orders may take as many as several weeks. These orders include: Custom builds, and DYI Kits. We do our best to ship items out as quickly as possible, so we often get orders out more quickly than is noted by the “Availability” timeframe, but please refer to the tracking number that was emailed to you when the order was placed. The method of delivery for Free Shipping is USPS First Class.


For packages returned as “Return to Sender”, the Customer will be contacted twice (2) by email and final attempt by phone to respond. If customer doesn’t respond or have an account, we will create an account on behalf of the customer and we will issue store credit minus any applicable fees. If a response is received the Customer will then pay for the second delivery attempt of their order. Please note that delivery time is also based upon “business” days.


Risk of Loss:

All items purchased from Got Your Six Tactical Supply and Neal Weaponry LLC are made pursuant to a shipment contact. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. As such if an order is lost in shipping, damaged, or is addressed wrong, it becomes a liability to you.


Shipping Insurance:

Because carriers are no longer offering delivery guarantees without shipping insurance, it is highly recommended that you purchase this with your order. If customer declines Shipping Insurance and your package shows as delivered, then it is the customer’s responsibility to file a claim with the carrier.


Got Your Six Tactical Supply and Neal Weaponry LLC will accept all returns with an approved RMA and a 5% restock fee and a subtraction of shipping costs will be applied. You must email customer service to obtain an RMA number prior to any return, refund, or exchange. If you fail to obtain an RMA number prior to returning the product, the product is not subject to refunds or exchanges and will be shipped back to the customer. All returns must include the original order number, receipt, or invoice. It must also include the billing address, shipping address, contact phone numbers, contact emails, and the RMA number. Photo of video evidence may be required before the return is authorized.


Returns, refunds, and/or exchanges may take up to two weeks, not including transit times, for processing after we receive the product(s). Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the returning party with the exception of the wrong item being received or on warranty exchange during the first (7) seven days after delivery. Items returned for warranty will only be replaced or exchanged, not refunded.


Our warranty covers defects in manufacturing and materials only. This warranty DOES NOT include dropping, hitting, abuse, use of non-standard or reloaded ammunition, parts illegally modified, and damage incurred by the user on installation, modification, assembly, or damage caused by the ammunition. If we receive something back that we find was not included in our warranty, the customer will have to pay the shipping to us and back to them or we will destroy the property and will not issue credit or a refund.


If items that are returned to us arrive damaged, we will not issue a credit or refund.


Due to the limited supply of product, we may not be able to replace a return or warrantied item with the exact same product. In these cases, we will substitute the item with one of the same or higher value.


Warranty Policy for Custom Builds:

For any assembled builds that arrive with blemishes/cosmetic defects on the inside of the product that do not affect the functionality of the product a partial refund may be issued depending on the severity of the blemish/cosmetic defect up to (7) seven days after delivery. The severity of any and all blemishes/cosmetic defects will be determined by Neal Weaponry LLC. A repair can be authorized depending on the determined severity of the blemish/cosmetic defect. If the defect is on the visible or outer portion of the assembled upper build, the product may be shipped back to Neal Weaponry LLC after obtaining an RMA, for repair which may involve replacing the damaged piece or fixing the defect.
